Fabric
We begin with raw denim unwashed and unprocessed which has a deep color and firm texture. It is then washed, softened, and finished to achieve the desired weight, tone, and comfort before being cut and sewn into various jean styles.
Our denim selection includes multiple types to suit different preferences and wearing styles, whether stretch, non-stretch, or semi-stretch fabrics each offering a unique feel and fit.

Pattern Making and Fabric Cutting
The first step is creating the pattern or pants template by designing the silhouette, proportions, and details according to the requirements. Once the pattern is completed, it is laid out on raw denim to optimize fabric usage. The fabric is then cut into individual pieces such as the legs, waistband, front and back pockets, and other components in preparation for sewing.
Sewing Process
After all fabric pieces are ready, the tailor begins assembling them in sequencesewing the pockets, crotch, front and back panels, and attaching the waistbanduntil the basic structure of the jeans is completed. This is a crucial step that determines the shape and durability of the jeans.
Washing Process
Once sewing is finished, the jeans go through a washing process to achieve the desired color and texture, such as light, medium, or dark wash, or to soften the fabric. Washing enhances both the appearance and comfort of the jeans.
Special Finishing
If the jeans include special details such as distressing, sanding, fading, or unique effects, these are done at this stage. This process takes place after washing to ensure the details look natural and visually appealing.
Attaching Hardware and Labels
After the jeans are fully styled, hardware such as front buttons, zippers, rivets at stress points, and belt loops are attached. Brand labels and hang tags are also added, followed by a thorough quality check.
Packing Process
For the final step, each piece is cleaned, loose threads are trimmed, and the jeans are folded neatly. They are then packed in polybags with size and product labels. Every item is arranged carefully to avoid wrinkles or damage before delivery.

Production Steps
Submit Design or Sample
ิ Customers submit a sample or design for production.
- If you provide your own design: Minimum order is 200 pcs per style, mix sizes allowed.
- If you use our in-house designs: Minimum order is 50 pcs per style, mix sizes allowed.
- Orders above 1,000 pcs receive special pricing
Customers specify quantity, sizes, color, fit, and any other details.
Our team reviews all information accordingly.
Material Selection & Quotation
Discuss all details such as fit, fabric type, colors, hardware, sizes, washing style, and stitching.
Customers may choose to use their own brand label or have us design one.
We provide a quotation for approval.
Once confirmed, we proceed to the next step.
Sample Development
A prototype sample is created for review and accuracy.
Once approved, mass production begins.
For orders above 200 pcs per style the sample is FREE.
Production Process
A 50% deposit is required before production starts, with the remaining balance paid upon completion prior to shipment.
Once the deposit is received, the production process begins immediately.
Packing & Shipping
Once production is complete, items are prepared and packed for delivery.
Products are shipped to the provided address.
Tracking number will be sent to the customer after dispatch.
